โยคะกับมะลิ : รวมท่าโยคะง่าย ๆ เพื่อสุขภาพและคลายเครียด

รายวิชานี้นำเสนอการฝึกโยคะพื้นฐานผ่านคลิปสั้น ๆ ที่ออกแบบให้ผู้เรียนสามารถฝึกตามได้ง่าย เหมาะสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้นและผู้ที่ต้องการดูแลสุขภาพกายและใจในชีวิตประจำวัน ผู้เรียนจะได้เรียนรู้ท่าโยคะเบื้องต้น การยืดเหยียดกล้ามเนื้อ และเทคนิคการหายใจที่ช่วยผ่อนคลายร่างกาย ลดอาการปวดเมื่อยจากการทำงาน รวมถึงช่วยลดความเครียดและเสริมสร้างสมดุลของร่างกายและจิตใจ

เนื้อหาของรายวิชามุ่งเน้นการฝึกปฏิบัติที่สามารถทำได้ในชีวิตประจำวัน ไม่ว่าจะที่บ้านหรือที่ทำงาน เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีอย่างยั่งยืน โดยกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้จัดทำโดยโครงการโยคะสร้างสรรค์ ศูนย์ภารตะศึกษา สถาบันวิจัยภาษาและวัฒนธรรมเอเชีย ซึ่งมีเป้าหมายในการเผยแพร่ความรู้ด้านโยคะและการดูแลสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมให้แก่สังคม

Course Description

Yoga with Mali: Simple Yoga for Health and Relaxation

This course introduces basic yoga practices through short and easy-to-follow video sessions suitable for beginners and anyone interested in improving their physical and mental well-being. Learners will practice simple yoga poses, stretching exercises, and breathing techniques that help relieve muscle tension, reduce work-related fatigue, and promote relaxation in daily life.

The course emphasizes practical exercises that can be performed conveniently at home or in the workplace, encouraging a sustainable approach to maintaining a healthy body and mind. All learning materials are developed by the Creative Yoga Project under the Bharat Studies Center, Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia, with the aim of promoting holistic health and well-being through accessible yoga practices.

ในโลกที่เชื่อมโยงถึงกันมากขึ้นในปัจจุบัน การสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเป็นทักษะสำคัญสำหรับการทำงานและการสื่อสารในบริบทนานาชาติ รายวิชานี้นำเสนอการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในสถานการณ์การทำงานจริง เช่น การประชุม การนำเสนอ การสนทนา และการสื่อสารในโอกาสทางการต่าง ๆ รวมถึงทักษะการเขียนที่ใช้ในบริบทวิชาชีพ เช่น การเขียนประกาศ จดหมาย ข่าว เอกสารทางการ และรายงานการประชุม ผู้เรียนจะได้พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้ง 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ การฟัง การพูด การอ่าน และการเขียน พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาการออกเสียงภาษาอังกฤษให้ถูกต้องตามหลักสัทศาสตร์ และตระหนักรู้เกี่ยวกับความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ

Course Overview

In today’s interconnected world, the ability to communicate effectively in English is essential for working in international and cross-cultural environments. 

This course introduces basic practical English communication skills used in professional contexts such as meetings, presentations, discussions, and formal events. Learners will also explore essential writing skills, including announcements, letters, news writing, official documents, and meeting reports.

The course also focuses on developing core communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, improving English pronunciation based on phonetic principles, and raising awareness of intercultural differences in English communication.

What you will learn

• Deliver presentations and speak confidently in formal situations
• Write professional communication such as announcements, letters, news, and meeting reports

This course is designed to help international learners develop basic Thai language skills while gaining an understanding of Thai culture and daily life. The course covers essential topics including Thai cultural concepts, basic characteristics of the Thai language, pronunciation of consonants, vowels, and tones, as well as useful vocabulary and expressions for everyday communication such as greetings, telling time, asking prices, giving directions, and talking about daily activities. Learners will also be introduced to the basics of reading and writing Thai, including the Thai script, tone marks, and common sound patterns.

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Understand key aspects of Thai culture and everyday life
• Pronounce Thai consonants, vowels, and tones more accurately
• Use basic Thai vocabulary and expressions in common daily situations
